This is just a fun exercise you read about online. You weren't sure it would do anything the first time you tried it, but you wound up feeling so relaxed, you had to try it again, and then a third time. Pretty soon it became part of your daily routine.
The first thing the website told you to do is to become aware of your breathing and focus on it. You start doing that. You breathe in as deep as you can for five seconds. You hold your breath for five seconds. You breathe out everything in your lungs for five seconds.
